These Terms limit ENVISION DESIGNS LLC’s liability and obligations to you, grant ENVISION DESIGNS LLC certain rights and allow ENVISION DESIGNS LLC to change, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Site. Once an order has shipped and you wish to cancel, DO NOT open the package. Mark the package “REFUSED – RETURN TO SENDER” and return it to:

A refund will be issued upon its arrival back to us. Allow us to work with you and let us know if you are pursuing this option so we can process your refund properly. Refunds are returned to the same form of payment used to purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed.
Should something break on our account, or because of the shipping, contact us (email@example.com,) so we can take care if it for you.
If something isn’t right or if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund or replace the product.
